Private Middle School

This renovation of a 30,000 gsf historic art gallery for a private middle school will reopen original windows and offer preservationist respect for the historic exterior, while taking advantage of perimeter bearing wall structure and high ceilings to make dramatic volumetric interior moves in support of flexible Next Generation learning.  Openings in floors will offer visual connection to library lofts, while highlighting the original ornate interior staircase.
